save

Short term storage: Rinse the used electrode with deionized water and immerse the electrode measuring end in deionized water.

Long term storage: The electrode needs to be removed from the instrument first, and the probe and membrane cap should be rinsed clean with deionized water and shaken dry. The membrane cap should be rotated and stored indoors in a dry state.

Maintenance

The electrode needs to be wiped irregularly. When wiping, first unscrew the electrode cap to expose the anode and cathode parts, and then carefully wipe with a fine sandpaper. Pay attention to applying appropriate force, especially when wiping, the pressure should not be too high. As long as these components are wiped clean and have a bright color on the surface, it is sufficient. Then rinse these components with deionized water first, followed by alcohol. Finally, wipe dry and reassemble onto the electrode.
